Our Returns and Exchange Policy is Simple
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange any DVD, video, book, or CD, in its original condition.

Please note that we can process returns, exchanges, and refunds only for items purchased from Adventure Productions.

Returns and Exchanges are Easy
Simply indicate the reason for your return or exchange, include your name, telephone number, address, and e-mail address with your return or exchange, and wrap the package securely. If it is an exchange, please indicate what you item you would like to exchange it for. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
